1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chaska Direct website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged at time of order placement is final for that order.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

We ship via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order quantity. Orders of 50 bags or multiples thereof qualify for free shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship the following Monday. Orders placed Monday–Thursday typically ship within 1–2 business days.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription orders automatically renew at the selected frequency. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled order date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

7. White Label Orders

White label orders include a one-time $100 design fee for custom label creation. This fee covers one label design. Additional designs or revisions beyond the initial design may incur additional fees. White label orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Chaska Direct and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chaska Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
